Seems like every pub, butcher shop (yes, they still exist here), and supermarket has some variant of schnitzel. It's meat pounded thin and coated in bread crumbs. Sounds a lot like Shake 'n Bake to me, which means Australians are really
only cheese in a can away from being Americans.

Well, this is the book that I didn't write for my little girl when she went off to college. See, I was (am) pretty dumb about a lot of things and had to work them out the hard way. So here are my mistakes, missteps, and misadventures laid out in hope that she doesn't follow in all of my footsteps.
